Holy Moly Guys. If January was just a glimpse of what 2017 is going to look like, then I am in for a serious treat. I’m not kidding you when I saw we truly never stopped. From New Orleans, to weddings, Mexico, and now San Diego, I have been on on a roll.
We started off the year in New Orleans! Which if you are looking for something awesome to do on NYE next year, just go to New Orleans and buy tickets for any party. You will not be disappointed. Swear.
We pretty much spent the weekend with our best friends wondering, eating & drinking. We went to THE MOST awesome Drag Brunch at The Country Club and rang in the new year at the Ace Hotel. It was pretty swanky and all around the best weekend.
& yes, you heard me right, a Drag Brunch. Seriously SO FUN. Think bottomless mimosas, the Spice Girls blaring and quite a show throughout your whole brunch. It was without a doubt everyones favorite part of the weekend.
That next weekend, we went to our sweet friends wedding downtown. It was black tie, it was beautiful and we had a blast. For those of you who do not know, I LOVE to dance.
Like love. Especially at weddings.
So of course I had a great time!
Then that Sunday, we went to Liberty Kitchen for my friend Laurel’s Birthday Brunch and then spent the remainder of the day, sitting in her backyard, drinking wine until the sun went down. It was so beautiful outside and was the best way to end the weekend.
That next weekend, I knew we were leaving for Cabo, so I upped my workouts and got ready for the week. I mean, as if starting 5 days before really did anything (lol), but it did make me feel better!
As you guys know, I started Kayla’s program over again with over a million girls and so far it has been awesome! Seriously, such a great community of women. The support is incredible. I love seeing girls at the gym doing BBG and talking to them about their journey . Their stories are always so inspiring!
Then as you guys know, we went to Cabo and had the weekend of a lifetime. Like bring me back to Cabo stat! Just kidding, but really, it was amazing. You can check out the full post, here.
That next week, it was back to reality. The moment I got home, I had my Dirty Lemon Detox waiting for me and I swear it helped me recover from the weekend 100% .

That next weekend, was pretty chill and very fun. We took it easy, went to the most fun Galentine’s Day with a group of bloggers, spent Sunday running errands with Colton and just enjoyed being home. After being on vacation, I feel like you really need that. You need to decompress a little bit unless you’ll never fully recover.
I posted this picture on Insta stories this week and received a ton of messages from you guys concerning this sweater. It has been sold out everywhere but I found a few sizes here!!!!!
The rest of my month was spent preparing for San Diego, which is where I am now.
Literally, I felt like my immune system was failing all month long, so I was desperately needing to take it easy.
None-the-less, January was a freaking blast.
I do have to say though, I am really excited for February!! Not only is it my Birthday month, but we just have a lot going on. The Super Bowl will be in Houston this weekend and there are more events than I can even handle. Then we have Valentines Day, my birthday and then Colton and I will be heading to NYC!
So yeah, I am pretty excited!!!
What all do you guys have planned for February??
