Exploring Sicily

Woot, woot! Happy Friday!! Oh, what a week it has been šŸ™‚

This entire trip has been an absolute dream, but I have to say, I am so excited to get back home. I just can’t wait to see my friends & family!! As well as finally hug Bentley! It’s almost ridiculous how much Colton and I miss him – lol. I swear we have stopped to pet every dog we’ve seen here and are already discussing how we can get away with bringing him on every vacation in the future.

Today I wanted to share with you guys a look I wore while exploring Sicily. When packing for the trip, I planned out every outfit to a tee and packed a ridiculous amount of dresses. But since we have been here, I have found myself reaching for more casual outfits like this one.

Like you all saw in Wednesday’s post, we have been walking A LOT! So being comfortable over “trendy” has been key. For Sicily, this outfit was perfect! Like, these sandals have been my life!  We really didn’t know what to expect this day, but we were extremely pleased. When we got there, we literally had no plans, but ended up making our way towards Taormina, to shop throughout the winding city and to have lunch by the beach. I swear, it was so magical I thought I was living a Pinterest board! Sometimes it’s nice how things work out like that. Where you have no plans, but everything turns out just right.

Any who, I hope you all have a great weekend! We will be in Barcelona for the next few days and then we’ll be heading home! Eek! I can’t wait!!
